I rent two double rooms and one single room in the center of Barcelona (Sagrada Familia masterpiece). Rooms: they are furnished with TV, ventilator and the bed sheets are including.
Free access to the bathroom (shared), to the kitchen well equipped (gas, microwaves, mini-oven, fridge and wash machine if you need it).
