Level 1 beginner workshop ~ ESSENTIAL OILS / AROMATHERAPY

4 hours intensive (incl. 1 short break) maximum 6 participants. During this fun, hands-on level 1 aromatherapy workshop you will become well grounded in the basics of aromatherapy to enable you to use essential oils in your home in a safe and effective manner.

You will experience and discuss ten essential oils and five base oils in detail, plus application methods, safety, history, recipes etc.

Price per person £50.- incl. extensive manual, course notes, materials and sample essential oil mixes, refreshments.

Generally workshops are scheduled Thursday and Friday, with some dates also available Wednesdays and Saturdays. For any other dates please enquire.
